Memory Café at Tifft Nature Preserve

This special edition of Memory Café will take us to Tifft Nature Preserve! This program provides an opportunity for adults with memory challenges and their loved ones to explore science and nature through Tifft's collection in a supportive, social and welcoming environment. Each session will have a presentation and an interactive science and nature activity. Light breakfast and coffee provided. Made possible by Exhale and its funders: the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation and the Health Foundation for Western & Central New York.
