The inaugural Niagara River Greenway Winter Bird Festival celebrates the wealth of birds that come to spend the winter along the Niagara River. Tifft will offer scopes and binoculars throughout the day at Buffalo Harbor State Park to view waterfowl, gulls and maybe even a snowy owl! Family-friendly guided walks will take place at Tifft Nature Preserve at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. Advance registration encouraged. Visit niagararivergreenway.com for more information about the Festival.
